Cohify provides a platform for users to list and search for flats, PGs, and roommates. We act strictly as an intermediary and are not a party to any rental agreements or transactions between users. We do not charge brokerage fees.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions on the platform. Specifically, you agree to the following:

• Uploaded Content: Any images of properties or yourself that you upload will be visible to all users. It is entirely your responsibility what you choose to upload.
• Chat System Safety: Do not share personal details, sensitive information, or financial data in the chat system.
• Payments and Transactions: Do not make any payments directly through the platform or to individuals you meet here. We do not process transactions. You are solely responsible for any financial dealings or losses incurred.
• Prohibited Activities: You must not post false information, engage in fraudulent activities, harass other users, or scrape data from our platform without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cohify or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cohify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or any interactions between users of the platform. We strongly advise users to exercise caution and perform due diligence before entering into any agreements.
